My impressions…

Did the book meet my expectations? The author might have changed her pen name but I knew I could count on her ability to tell a good love story. I loved catching up with the characters of The Best Draft series once again but you could definitely read each of the books in the series as a stand-alone romance. Romantic and witty, it’s the perfect present for your book-loving Valentine!

Three words to describe it. Sweet. Sexy. Emotional.

Do I like the cover? Yes, it portrays the romance of this book very well.

Have I read any other books by the same author?  Yes, I read the first two books in The Best Draft series, A Cinderella Story and My Red Vixen.

That’s why I surprised myself when I decided to read a novel whose front cover prominently displays a quote describing it as a ‘terrifying crime novel’.
