Breakfast In Brighton: Adventures on the Edge of England
By Nigel Richardson

Amazon's product description: Inspired by Brighton as a state of mind as much as a place, Nigel Richardson returns after a gap of 20 years to capture its spirit. The narrative is woven from strands of memoir, travelogue, reportage and fiction.

Why I want to read this book: Because I live in Brighton and absolutely adore it!

  1. Oh wow sounds fantastic. It's great reading books about your home town. My family are from Everton, Liverpool and I've grown up hearing wonderful stories about their life in the 30's, 40's, 50's and 60's. There's a book by Ken Rogers called "Lost Tribes of Everton' and it transported me there. Absolutely wonderful and had me crying my eyes out !!
Anyhoo can't wait to read your review of Breakfast in Brighton :-)
